Joker Poker Rules

FOE #3054

  • You must be a current member of Issaquah Aerie #3054 in order to participate in
    this RAFFLE, and you must present your “Official Receipt” to win the cash prizes.
    The amount to be won for this game will start at $1000.00 .
  • Each Joker Poker raffle ticket costs $1.00. When a ticket is purchased, the buyer
    MUST write their name or initials on the back of the lined ticket and drop that
    ticket into the collection container by 7:00 PM for the weekly drawing held on
    Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM. The buyer MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. .
    Tickets drawn that appear INTENTIONALLY FOLDED will be DISQUALIFIED.
  • Sale of tickets will start at approximately 6:00pm, and end at approximately 6:55
    PM, to allow enough time for tickets to be signed and placed into the mixer.
  • The game will start with fifty three (53) standard playing cards, including 1 Joker.
    Each envelope numbered 1 through 53 each contains one (1) playing card.
  • Drawn raffle tickets will be announced, and the matching ticket must be
    presented by the person whose name is written on the ticket to confirm they are
    the winner.
  • There will be 3 three Drawings. At 7:00, 7:30, and 8:00pm.
  • If the owner of the first ticket drawn is not present, NO ENVELOPE will be
    opened that week. There will be NO Re-draws. A short amount of time will be
    allotted for locating winners on the Premises. Cash prizes will be $50 first draw,
    $75 second draw and $100 third draw.
  • Each Ace (4) in the initial 53 playing cards is worth $50 when drawn in addition to
    the $50 winnings for a total of $100 for the first winner drawn (and selecting an
    Ace) from the collection container.
  • After the three drawings that game night, tickets will be disposed of.
  • The cash pot of this game will be capped at $5,000.00. After the cap is reached,
    subsequent ticket proceeds will go to fund a future pot.
  • The winner of Joker Poker will collect $1000 the night the winning Joker is found.
    Arrangements must be made to receive the remainder of the winnings at a future
    time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • The Aerie receives 15% of the Net proceeds of each week’s Joker Poker game.

Remember, winning participants must present their official receipts and the matching
ticket in order to receive a cash prize. NO EXCEPTIONS.

These rules are effective as of December 4, 2025, approved by the Board of Trustees.
